Our Story
It all started with a simple thought during a lunch break—“Why is it so hard to find ghar jaisa, freshly cooked food without compromise?”
We weren’t chefs. We weren’t influencers. Just two people who missed the warmth of homemade food while juggling office hours and city life in Sector 81. We realized we weren’t alone. Thousands were eating stale, mass-produced food—sometimes cold, sometimes bland, but mostly forgettable.
So we began Chalkla Belan with one mission: to bring fresh, soulful meals back to the table, every single day. No preservatives. No gimmicks. Just home-style food made with care, served hot, and delivered with warmth.
Today, every meal we send out is our way of saying—"We’ve got you, just like home does."

Chalkla Belan was born out of a shared frustration—and a shared dream. We were tired of food that looked good on apps but tasted like a leftover reheated mess. So we asked ourselves: What if people could eat freshly made, honest food every day—without stepping into the kitchen?
We didn’t want to build just another food delivery brand. We wanted to bring back food that felt like it was made by someone who cared. Meals that reminded you of your mom’s tadka, your nani’s puris, or that Sunday special dal makhni.
From grinding the first masala to finalizing our weekly menus today, we’ve stayed true to our belief:
